Victor is a kind volunteer at a big wildlife park. He lives in a very beautiful valley. One winter evening, the weather becomes very windy and cold. Victor hears a noise outside. It is Waffles, a small dog from the village. Waffles is lost and wet from the rain. Victor wants to help the dog, so he opens his heavy wooden door. He gives Waffles a warm vest to wear and some water. Then, Victor drives his big van to the village to find the dog's owner. The road is very wet, but Victor drives carefully. He finds the owner, Wendy, near the village market. Wendy is very happy to see her dog again. She gives Victor a warm vegetable soup to say thank you. Victor returns to his home in the valley, feeling happy that Waffles is safe and warm.
